Change of contract holder

In order to change the account holder’s name for any kind of water supply at SOREA, you need to provide the following documentation:

  • Document: national ID document/corporate tax ID number/foreign resident ID number.
  • Documentation demonstrating you own the property or are tenant there.
  • Bank account details to set up a direct debit for the bills.
  • Meter reading

Please note that the documentation may vary depending on the type of accommodation, the use and the municipality.
